Abstract: This is a collection of materials related to the cooperation and merger of Lewis College of Lockport, IL (now Lewis University of Romeoville, IL) and the College of St. Francis of Joliet, IL (now the University of St. Francis) and to the subsequent de-merger of the two schools. Included in the collection are meeting minutes from committees and task forces as well as reports and analyses done by the independent consultant Robert M. Crane. Also included are photographs, brochures, surveys, newspaper articles and research materials.
