Library Archives Finding Aids

Finding aids have been prepared to describe and facilitate use of the collections in the USF Library Archives. These finding aids include an abstract about the collection, administrative information, scope and content notes, keywords and a container listing. Hard copies of these finding aids are available for research use in the Archives Reading Room on the 2nd floor of the Brown Library.

Included here are alphabetical lists of the collections in the USF Library Archives. For those collections that have a completed finding aid, you can click on the collection title to view the online version. We are working to process each of our collections, adding links to the full finding aids [PDFs] for each, however this is an on-going process and gaps do exist. The collections listed under "In Process Collections" do not have completed finding aids and do not link out; rather they serve simply to demonstrate the existence of the collection.

Please read our USF Library Archives Access and Use Policy for any questions about using and handling the materials.

Please contact the USF Library Archives staff with questions or visit the Archives page for more information.

These in-process collections do not yet have finding aids available but are being worked on presently. For more information about these collections, please see the Archives Librarian, Gloria Hendrickson.
