Reserve a Group Study Room

Study Room Reservation Policy:
The University of St. Francis Brown Library has two rooms available for studying. There are LG 9 and L 216.

Rules on Use of Study Rooms:

  1. They are open to use on a first come first served basis if not reserved beforehand. They are available only to USF current students, faculty and staff.
  2. Reservations can be made for these rooms by library staff for the University of St. Francis community.
  3. Preference is given to current students.
  4. Alumni and the public are not able to reserve the study rooms.
  5. The activities that occur in the room should be bipartisan and not involve any transactions with money.
  6. The rooms can be reserved for 4 hours at a time.

All reservations for Rooms L216 and LG-9 should be made through the Library's Circulation Desk. To place a room reservation, fill out the online form, call the Circulation Desk at: 815-740-3690, or simply speak with a USF Librarian.

All other rooms in the library are reserved through the University's Registrar's Office (815-740-3391). Click on a reservation for more information (including the duration of the reservation).
